Avidagos White

WHITE AVIDAGOS: The vineyard is planted in different steps with xist and slate and has a good sunny exposure.

The different varieties are planted in blocks, so that a perfect accompaniment to all cultural activities.

Grapes: Malvasia Fina, Gouveio real and vital.

Winemaking: Hand picked into small crates. Total separation. Light skin maceration. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging on the lees for up to regular Batonnage filling.

Color: Citrine Reflection with straw.

Aroma: With good strength that brings out the fruit of old trees.

Taste: creamy, balanced with acid and good flavor of mouth moderately long finish. Usage: Best room temperature is at between 10 ° and 12 ° C.
