Quinta dos Avidagos Reserva Red

Quinta dos Avidagos Reserva Red Vineyard: The vineyard is planted in plots with very stony schist and excellent exposure. The different varieties are planted in blocks, allowing a perfect accompaniment to all cultural operations.

Grapes: Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional Touriga francas

Vinification: Manual harvest in small boxes. Total separation, pre-cold maceration, fermentation control with moderate temperatures in stainless steel tanks with gentle daily pumping. Long maceration period. Partly matured in oak casks for 12 months. Wine was neither filtered nor cold stabilized in order to be respected all its elements. You can create deposit.

Color: Red intense.

Aroma: With good intensity and complexity which brings out the ripe berries, black plum and a touch of balsamic

Palate: Soft, good body, tannins with a sweet tooth, focused fruit with long finish.

Consumption: Best served at room temperature between 16 º and 18 º C.
