RED AVIDAGOS Vineyard: The vineyard is planted in plots with very stony schist and excellent sunny exposure. The different varieties are planted in blocks, allowing a perfect accompaniment to all cultural operations.
Grapes: Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Manual harvest in small boxes. Total separation, pre-cold maceration, fermentation control with moderate temperatures in stainless steel tanks with gentle daily pumping. Ageing on fine lees until the Spring. Wine was neither filtered nor cold stabilized in order to be respected all its elements. It can create deposit.
Color: Red intense.
Aroma: With good intensity and complexity which brings out the ripe berries.
Taste: Soft, good body, with tannins greedy, focused fruit with long finish.
Consumption: Best served at room temperature between 17 º and 19 º C. P
